Bloomberg, the financial news and data company, announced that they will launch Bloomberg TV Canada in the middle of this year. The 24-hour channel is aimed at the business community and it will highlight Canadian financial news, as well as provide programming from the existing U.S. channel. Approximately 35% of its content will be produced domestically and broadcast from a new studio in Toronto’s financial district.
