After helping its clients create impactful and distinct employer brands, CASACOM has turned its lens inward unveiling its own branding under the theme, “CASACOM, my elevation.” Featuring taglines that include “Our house has no ceiling”, “Here, we lift each other up” and “Elevate your career under our roof”, the campaign from the communications and integrated public relations firm embraces its mission to elevate its employees, its clients and its industry, sharing its sense of pride, to attract new talent.
The digital campaign sheds light on CASACOM’s employees through several visuals shot by Marï Photographe. “Elevation is our mission, and it was essential that it be at the heart of our campaign,” said Catherine Chantal-Boivin, Vice-President, Creation and Partner. “For us, elevation does not mean perfection; it is rather synonymous with striving for better, taking a chance and refusing the status quo!”
Bringing the employer brand to life from within
CASACOM’s employer brand is more than a campaign, it is lived by its teams on a daily basis. Each employee has an “elevation plan” that is created to define their personalized career development path, aligned with their skills and interests. This approach has been created based on staff feedback taken from internal surveys and focus groups.
“We have found that what motivates our employees the most and makes them stay with our firm are three factors: unwavering solidarity that we have for each other, the infinite possibilities for development and the diversity of stimulating projects,” explains Mylène Demers, Senior Director, Corporate Communications and Partner.
