Why I love what I do
I like people. I like feeling that I’m of use to my clients and that I’m helping them perform. Communication is the basis for interpersonal relationships. It allows us to convey messages and even emotions. For an organization, communicating your mission effectively is an opportunity to be better understood by your clients, partners, employees, and the media. When communication is smooth, the rest follows!
Because CASACOM is a home. At work, we all help each other and we all feel at home. The “casa” in CASACOM isn’t just a word tacked onto a company name—it’s a symbol of how we live. As in any good home, we’re authentic and we help each other, and we work hard to uphold and transmit those values every day. Our clients come to us to be rooted in their core values, and leave feeling energized—like a good trip back home. We always tell our clients that we’re an extension of their team, and it’s very true: like a caring family, we want to see them succeed and we do everything in our power to help them reach their goals.
CASACOM is a high‑energy environment, but I still have plenty left over at the end of the day. When I’m not at the office, I like to go to the gym, see my friends, and enjoy the city. When I’m feeling more low‑key, I turn to my other family (the biological one) to spend time with my nephew and niece—my two favourite people in the whole world.
