  • Composting biodegradable waste
  • Implement 360° assessments
  • Documenting and increasing the volunteer involvement of our employees
  • Institute the use of inclusive writing
  • Raising awareness of our profession among young people from disadvantaged areas
  • Produce our first ESG report, supported by measurable targets

ABOUT B CORP™

B Corp™ certification is a designation that indicates a company meets high standards of verified performance, accountability and transparency on factors ranging from employee benefits and charitable giving to supply chain practices and input materials. To achieve certification, a company must:

  • Demonstrate high social and environmental performance by achieving an Impact Assessment B score of 80 or higher and passing its risk review.
  • Make a legal commitment by changing its corporate governance structure to be accountable to all stakeholders, not just shareholders
  • Be transparent by allowing information about its performance, measured against B Lab standards, to be publicly available on its B Corp profile on the B Lab website.
