Why I love what I do
I’m sincerely passionate about my work. I love using numbers to their full potential to take a business further. I’m still fascinated by the structure and flexibility that good financial management brings to an organization. To me, numbers aren’t an end in themselves, but a way to touch lives, break down barriers, and bring people together who might otherwise never have the chance to meet. Like a good translator, my challenge and mission is to make the language of accounting more accessible to my colleagues.
CASACOM is a house in that it feels good to come home to, a school for everything I’ve learned here over the years, and a comet in that time goes by at a phenomenal rate, with never a dull moment. The whole team is constantly working to improve and shape the firm and drive us and our clients forward, and it all happens in a way that’s inspiringly constructive and collaborative.
When I’m working, I’m fully invested in my job, but there are also those moments when I need to disconnect, and I make sure I do that. If I’m not at work, I’m probably off travelling and discovering a new culture through language, food, or music. I love being active, meditating, cooking, and spending quality time with my family and friends.
