Six reasons to join us
There is genuine camaraderie in our oices. Whether you work in Montreal or Toronto, you are part of one big, united team. Our happiness committee ensures our well-being through various activities, workshops, sports events, and retirement celebrations. Nothing stops us!
Because the most beautiful sparks often spring up when we meet, we work a minimum of two days a week in the office together. The rest of the time, we appreciate the flexibility of remote working and we can work from elsewhere in the world. Each member of our team, regardless of experience level, starts with four weeks of vacation. In summer, we disconnect on Friday afternoons and enjoy life!
Whether in strategic communication, marketing, media relations, crisis management, ESG strategy, design, digital campaigns or content creation, our specialists work together on integrated plans. Again, there is no limit to what you can achieve and there is no one-size-fits-all recipe. What matters to us is to bring value to our clients.
Each member of our team is assigned a CasaCoach who is committed to their professional development. Coaches and coachees ensure the achievement of goals determined together as part of a personalized Elevation Plan. In addition, the whole team is in continuous learning, among other things thanks to our Casacademy. Staying at the forefront supports our rise.
We believe in the power of consciousness to be at our best as colleagues and as individuals. We apply it to our daily lives, learn more about it and meditate on it together.
Our awareness of environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues as well as our practices supporting diversity, equity and inclusion (EDI) are at the heart of our concerns. Moreover, our B Corp certification is a guarantee of continuous improvement. We are actively involved in our community by supporting, among other things, Le Garde-Manger pour Tous and by doubling the team’s donations to causes they support.
