How it all began
Marie-Josée Gagnon founded Casacom with one purpose in mind: to create a company that focused on excellence while remaining deeply human. To offer end-to-end services that transcended all boundaries. Her vision was the genesis of the Casacom brand.
More than two decades later, this vision has continued to shape our path, kept us grounded, and made Casacom a key player in supporting organizations that are shaping their own visionary missions.
Casacom launches
Casacom opened its doors on September 11, 2001, at the World Trade Centre in Montreal. Despite this inauspicious start, Marie-Josée expertly leveraged her vast network and stellar reputation to build a rapidly growing business.
Casacom joins Worldcom PR Group
Casacom became a member of Worldcom, a global network of over 85 independent public relations firms, effectively broadening our global reach and that of our clients. The alliance is a way for us to stay abreast of global trends and provides access to a constant source of insight and innovation.

We set up shop in a magnificent, light-filled space in Old Montreal, perfect for hosting a diverse range of events. Home sweet home!
Our Toronto office opens
Casacom continued to expand with a downtown Toronto office to serve our growing English-speaking clientele.
A period of exponential growth
This was an exciting time for Casacom, with a number of important additions to our portfolio, including the nationwide launch of iÖGO Yogurt, the largest product introduction of its kind in Canada.
Industry accolades
Casacom’s team received several noteworthy distinctions, including the Public Relations Society of America’s (PRSA) prestigious Silver Anvil Award for our iÖGO campaign.
Studio Casacom is born
With the launch of STUDIO Casacom providing creative studio and production services, we enhanced our in-house expertise in crafting compelling, authentic narratives that truly capture the essence of our clients.
Jean-Michel Nahas signs on as partner
Jean-Michel, then a director at Casacom, joined Marie-Josée as a shareholder. His innate ability to galvanize clients and teams around ambitious projects underpins everything he does.
The partnership expands
Catherine Chantal-Boivin, Mylène Demers and Mathilde St-Vincent were all made partners alongside Jean-Michel Nahas, inaugurating the next generation of enterprising minds at Casacom.
B Corp certification
We believe private businesses can be a force for good. Becoming a Certified B-Corp corporation is proof of our commitment to that tenet. It also lends rigour and purpose to our expertise in the development of sustainable strategies and their implementation.
