CDPQ Infra - REM

Challenge

For the REM’s commissioning, CDPQ Infra, a subsidiary of CDPQ (Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec), asked Casacom to provide an in-depth account of its construction phases and the challenges it had faced.

The goal: generate a buzz on social media and the web around the inauguration of Quebec’s first automated light rail system.

Strategy and Activities

  • Develop and produce “Prochaine station”, an eight-episode audio and video podcast series distributed on Radio-Canada’s OHdio streaming service
  • Design and produce a live web stream of the inauguration
  • Coordinate and direct live stream (prepare host, communicate with production team, coordinate guests)
